Welcome to BinocularsBlog!!!
I bought a new pair of Nikon Action binoculars at the beginning
of the season. The reason I had bought them was that the lenses are
so clear and work so good late, and the price is always reasonable.
About the second week of deer season, I dropped them on the concrete
at the camp and bent them. They would literally give me a headache
when looking through them because the lenses were no longer lined up
(right eye aimed up and left eye aimed down). I figured I had nothing
to lose so I tried to bend them back into position and broke them in
half. I mailed them to Nikon for repairs knowing that they do not
work on binoculars until they give you a price and just hoped they
would cost about half the price of new ones. They emailed me the
price. A whopping $10 plus shipping. I paid the $10 bucks. The
binoculars came in today. They look like brand new binoculars, but
they are my pair. They are crystal clear, and lined up perfectly.
They through in a $10 gift card in the box. I doubt that I will ever
buy a different brand of binoculars again.
