Yesterday I was reading over "Le Petit Prince" ( The Little Prince) which I consider the most impressive fairy-tale I"ve ever read in my entire life. It is written and illustrated by Antoine de Saint Exupéry. I've read it in 3 different languages, but it's still the same beautiful and meaningful story. I first read it when I was about 8 years old, I didn't understand much at that time, I think what I liked the best in this book was the pictures... But the older I got the more I understood...
Every time you read over your favourite book (or read it in different language), you find something interesting, something that you think you haven't seen before, or maybe didn't understand or didn't pay attention. That's exactly what happened to me yesterday ... The moment when the little prince was watching the Earth through
binoculars....He saw mountains, deserts, cities and towns and many other things... When I was reading this paragraph I thought that I felt the same feeling the little prince was feeling... it was so charming and fascinating. I stopped for a little while, because I realised that our planet is a MIRACLE! It’s gorgeous and it’s very sad, that not all people understand, respect and value it the way they really should.....
