binocular? Fair question and the answer is, probably not. These days, you can get a lot of binocular for $300. Will you enjoy birding more with a $1500
binocular. Oh yeah, I guarantee it. Nothing quite as thrilling as seeing a beautiful bird in a premium grade
binocular and, the way I see it, the more you enjoy birding, the more likely you are to keep doing it. You don't have to become an optics addict, like me, but I never heard of anyone complaining about buying too good a
birding binocular.
